Herr Bauers (a.k.a. MotoPhoto) is a middle-aged Captain wanna-be of a radio controlled battleship. He’s located in the sub-suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia, where he’s hatching a plan for world domination which depends heavily on BB cannon firepower. After wrestling with whether to go Allied or Axis he got drunk, beat up a nun, raped a goat, and realized his (black) heart belonged to the Axis fleet.

The above photograph, dated 1916, is believed to be the only known photograph of Herr Bauers, Captain of the SMS Von Der Tann. Some analysts question the authenticity of this photograph noting a striking resemblance between the alleged Captain Bauers and Admiral Franz von Hipper of the Imperial German Navy. Detractors of the Hipper-theory note that no photographs exist of both Captain Bauers and Admiral von Hipper in the same place at the same time thus raising further questions….
